INTRODUCTIONS, TASTINGS OR SIMPLY GETTING TOGETHER
Gathering a few friends and making the cigar the focus of the meeting: that’s what your private cigar evening in Montauban is about. I guide you through the tasting with the same enthusiasm I bring to sharing discoveries among enthusiasts.
Your group can mix beginners and regular enthusiasts. Together we choose the spirit of the evening and the place of the introduction: an aperitif, a moment with tapas, or a tasting paired with your dinner, depending on your plans.
To build this evening with me, let’s talk about what you have in mind. Prefer to join an already announced gathering? Find dates, venues and details in the Cigare et Compagnie calendar.
The evening takes the time to cover the basics: choosing your cigar, preparing it, lighting it and observing your own impressions. I guide you with accessible explanations, leaving plenty of room for questions.
A tasting among enthusiasts is more than just a list of aromas. We talk about terroirs, ways of tasting and what each person feels. Your own experiences are fully part of the evening.
Ladies and Gentlemen, beginners and aficionados alike: I want everyone to feel at ease. You come to share a passion or discover it, in a friendly atmosphere, with no contest of expertise.

This event is separate from the private service you can book in Montauban. Check its programme and location before signing up: it does not necessarily take place in your city.
For all announced dates, check the cigar evenings calendar. For your own event, contact me directly: we’ll prepare it together.
Are you hosting a group in a private space at your venue? I can host the cigar discovery in line with your setup. We discuss the best moment for the tasting and how it fits with your service.
For your clients, a cigar evening can take the form of a guided meeting or an introduction. Together we plan the format, the audience involved and the private setting of the event, based on the project you are running.
Are you gathering friends for a birthday or a celebration? The tasting can become the thread running through the evening. If you’d prefer entertainment throughout your reception, also check out the cigar bar.
Does your club or association want to bring its members together around a tasting? I step in to guide the discussions and explore the topics that interest you. The content of the meeting is prepared with the organiser and takes the group into account.
Got a date in mind, a venue in view, guests to bring together? Tell me about your project in Montauban. Let me know the number of people and the atmosphere you want; we’ll discuss the format of the event and how to organise it. If you’re organising for your clients or colleagues, check out the corporate service.
